This event is Free and placed on the Willamette River between the Minto Brown Walk Bridge/ Steam Boat next to the River Front Park In Salem. The river currents are (settle) over here. Making it easy to paddle and float. A lot of people will come to the park to observe and watch our Halloween Paddle from the park and walk bridge for their entertainment as well. We will have music, Halloween goodies bag for each registered person. and a chance to win 1 of 3 winners for the Halloween Costume Contest At 1:00pm next to the Minto Brown Walk Bridge. After contest, your welcome to stay and hang out or head out. We would like to have everyone over by the Park in the water by noon or earlier.
